Bupa dental clinics are accepting only private customers. So if you looking for NHS don't contact to them. Life is changing. Before when the health was issue doctors were looking to help you. But nowadays they are looking for money..... Me sins 2 years can't get dentist around 100 miles area. This 1 is not only for Bupa ,it's for every single dentist in 100 miles are around whiteheaven. It's really shame on all. ;::update . I had a teeth broken a mount ago. It was suitable for repairing. I did try without hope every single dentist. In all dentist locations I had 1 answer we don't accept new patients as a Bupa I asked last year when I moved here. They told me by the reception that they don't accept new patients and when I asked for any alternative they told me 18 mounts waiting list. Sins 1 mount I was asking to emergency service about my teeth they were saying that I have to have blood and pain or something extremely bad condition to have dental treatment from emergency. As my teeth had treated 5 years ago , I didn't have any of this symptoms. Just 1 side has broken. Finally filling has came out and I had 1 sharp part left . So I lost the chance of saving that teeth . On Thursday I asked 111 emergency service . Finally they find Bupa Workington branch as emergency help. .. result .:. extraction , next teeth damaged. ..! I was curious to ask. I asked that I want to make a breach to fill that gap between the teeth privately. They said come after 3 mounts of healing and do it straight away... So as NHS patient I have to wait 2 years to become a patient! But privately come tomorrow. This part is really making me sad. I'm sorry because writing here this is for all dentist in all Cumbria . I like to say thank you at list for 2 things 1. Even as an emergency that you have excepted me . 2. You answered here .

Great first visit with Maryam after years of avoiding dentists. Very friendly, gentle and understanding. So happy to have registered here.
1st time in since pre-covid for treatment of an infection. The receptionist moved heaven and earth to accommodate me and the Dentist Surgeon and nurse werr so friendly and accommodating even with me being last patient of the day. They quickly sorted the issue. What a transformation of practice. Well done guys, keep it up.
An excellent service. I needed an urgent appointment and was seen within 40 minutes of phoning. All the staff are polite, friendly and professional. My dentist, Lourdes, is so patient and understanding, explaining everything clearly and sympathetically as well as being a superb dentist. I feel grateful to have such a practice in our area.
I feel quite lucky to have found this dental practice. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable and proficient but there is a lovely ambience to the place. I am extremely happy with the attentive and personable approach I receive from my dentist, Maryam, as it makes the whole experience a lot more pleasant and worthwhile.
I went in for a tooth extraction and the dentist Bernabe and the dental nurse Emily P were so professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole visit. The appointment was very efficient and I didnt feel rushed at any point. They’re very good at their jobs and work well together. The clinic is very clean and follow all the covid guidelines. Very lovely staff also.
I have dropped off my registration form nearly 6 months ago I haven't received anything since I have try call to find out what happened my registration lady answer telephone I have explained to her, she's told me if you don't receive anything form us that's mean you are still waiting list this could be taken 12 months waiting time. I told her what happened if I needed urgently treatment she's said you have to register again and pay? I told her I am a private patient not nhs?all this conversation still she's not asking me I am private or nhs patient, which is when I have filled out registration form I have clicked it private patient box she's still not asking me what's my problem and not telling me which days available to see dentist she's just talking about the money which is I know I have to pay she's still not asking my details I have just put the telephone down like joke responding customer??
A superb service. A great dental surgery. Always helpful, I find going to this dentist easier than going anywhere else. I have a fear of dentists, and the Spanish lady dentist I see is very quickly to put me at ease. Will continue to go here. Keep up the great work.
