Friendly helpful staff. Everything was explained fully and clearly to me. I was given treatment options and will be going back for some work on my teeth.nnHave just been back in for the work on my teeth and very happy with it. Great patient care received Thank-you. Also the reception staff are very pleasant and made the booking procedure easy and followed up the booking with reminders. Plus a nice smile.
A friendly dental centre who send many reminders of your appointment so you have less chance of becoming de-registered due to forgetting. The only dentist I’ve seen there is Affy who is friendly, informative and efficient in his work. They try hard to be autism friendly by giving extra understanding of sensory issues.
So not been to a dentist for many years as I was frightened. Luckily my teeth were all fine but I required a scale and clean. They were extremely kind and asked if I was ok throughout. Ullah was reassuring and I’ve came away happy. After hearing some no do nice reviews I was dubious but I did not need to be. Thank you
My appointment was pretty much on time. Afad the dental therapist was excellent. I felt very relaxed and in 'good hands', with someone who knew whst he was doing. The dental examination was extremely thorough and everything was clesrly explained at every step. Advice was given on how to continue to look after my teeth in the best way. The requirements for further treatment were clearly explained and the costs given. The process of making another appointment was quick and easy.
I was offered an appointment a day early, I was seen on time. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience which is something you cannot always say about a visit to a dentist.
