Had an emergency appointment this morning as a new patient. Mr. Shah and the entire staff were brilliant!
V rude over phone, tried to book an emergency appointment for two chipped front teeth and the person on the other end seemed annoyed at me for reaching out and after a series of questions just sighed and said “it doesn’t really sound like an emergency” and didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience or offer any help to schedule an appointment where I could get my teeth sorted. Very dismissive. Not the service I expect to receive when paying for monthly
I recieved treatment at this practice and it was a positive experience from the reception staff, dental nurse to Mr Saha. They were very helpful and worked very efficiently to meet my needs and accommodate me when l needed an emergancy appointment. I would prefer to pay private at this practice and experience excellent treatment. Special thank you to Mr Shah and all his team. Would certainly reccomend treatment with Mr Shah and his team
Would like to thank the lovely young girl on reception today didn't get her name . She had long blond hair. she was very professional and helpful ,and a lovely personality. Thank you for getting me an appointment today. You are a credit to the practice .
My son had a phobia of dentists due to a bad experince , i changed dentists to nook st and today my son was seen by Mr Tyson, he was great, he put my son at ease talking to him ect, great customer care and my son actually got a filling today with no problems at all, and hopefully is over most of his phobia. Thankyou.
Pathetic.. I had an appointment for 11:30 today, woke up on time, got ready and left home at 11, the service is a 12 minute drive from where I live, due to an unfortunate road block throughout the city, it took us an extra 6 minutes to reach the Practise, 6 MINUTES! They refused us and said that we were too late! they told us to cancel and reschedule our appointment... I ended up going to a private Dental service anyways, as these NHS ones take a lot of time and usually overlook most problems.
Very rude on the phone. I need an emergency appointment and they have none for today. Receptionist said I should've rang at 8.30, which I did. Constantly rang until i got through at 8.50. Said 'you'll have to try again tomorrow'!!!
Have waited 16months for appt, I need 6monthly checks..keep being told new dentist not yet appointed yet other family members have been seen twice since!!please explain. I urgently need seen I have priority issues.
Have always received excellent treatment but at the moment there is a shortage of dentists as some have recently left the practice which is putting pressure on the remaining staff.
Heartless staff, it's all about the money.
