Well run, polite and efficient dental service. Always run on time and staff are always helpful and welcoming. Dentist is really good with all the family and been great with the children from when they were small. We are kept informed of our dental health and we make the decisions on the treatment. Appointments are readily available and do late nights up to 8pm.
Had two implants and a bridge fitted by Mr Nazran. Recognising that the process was always going to be lengthy and involve several visits, I am full of praise for Mr Nazran both in the work he carried out and the care taken to ensure that I was as comfortable with what was going as possible at all times. Most importantly I am very happy with the final result and the new bridge I have. I would particularly praise his efforts to put me at my ease I am a nervous patient during some of the more complex and involved pieces of work/surgery carried out. I decided to have the implants done at this surgery given that there are many places offering this service as they have looked after my teeth for some years now. I am pleased I made that choice.
Excellent care and service. I was experiencing pain with a tooth and my practice arranged for me to see one of their dentists, Dr Sarandeep Lolay, the same day. He was excellent, provided me with a course of penicillin to treat an infection and advised me on the next course of action. Thank you to Dr Lolay and the practice staff.
My mom Mrs Flora Sula was seen today in an emergency appointment at this dental clinic and received 1st class care and professionalism by Doc. Sarandeep Lolay. The receptionist staff as well as Dr. Sarandeep Lolay are top class. If you need a dentist who knows what is he doing and does it with care and professionalism go nowhere but here. Thanks a lot guys.
After having an old filling fall out which had been in for well over 20 years 2 days before my holiday - and a day before I had to conduct my best friends funeral service - I was in a right state- stress levels were through the roof. The reception staff did all they could & managed to get me an emergency appointment for someone to see mr the next morning . The dentist a saw managed to put a semi permanent filling it - which allowed me to carry on with all I had to do. He advised that he thought I would need a crown on it and would make notes regarding this for my regular dentist. I saw my regular dentist yesterday and he agreed that the tooth needed a crown. The appointments have bern made in preparation for this to be done. I cannot thank the practice enough for the way they have conducted themselves in my emergency. Absolutely brilliant- thank you.
Been to Dentist this morning to have the rest of my root canal filling done. Many thanks to Omar the dentist who has been very thorough with the preparation for this procedure over the past three months. I didn't need a local so that was an added bonus. Must admit I wasn't looking forward to the filling but I felt perfectly relaxed when Omar had explained fully what was going to happen and it was my choice not to have the local. Once again caring service in a clean covid safe environment. Many thanks to Omar for making the transfer from my previous dentist at the practice painless See you in June to check bone growth.
I have been a patient at this dentist for some years. I have always received excellent care and service from every member of staff. I have recently suffered an abscess. I called the surgery they were able to offer me several appointments at my convenience. 5 days later I had to call again as I was a little concerned. I had an appointment within 2 hours of my phone call and received treatment from my excellent dentist. I was given lots of advice on my care and treatment. THANK YOU Bupa Sutton Coldfield x
Dr Omar Narayan, what can I say what a dentist! His attention to detail in his work and passion is remarkable. He shared every detail of the treatment it was incredible. His OCD approach was absolutely perfect for me! Despite them all being great dentists at Bupa Sutton Coldfield I have to give more credit when it's due. I recently completed a single dental implant procedure with Dr Nazran and was very impressed with his skill and professionalism. I get very nervous during medical procedures, and Dr Nazran was very gentle and took his time to make me comfortable and worked at a pace that i felt was tolerable. The procedure was completed over 3 visits and each time the information and explanation provided was excellent and thorough. I have had no problems at all either during or after each part of the procedure and felt comfortable throughout . I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Nazran for dental implant procedures. I've Known Mr Shafi as my dentist for nearly four years, Just of late I've been having trouble with my denture and subsequent confidence issues. Mr Shafi complete took over and helped me find the best solution and has given me a better lifestyle as I now have no confidence issues as a result.
