I’ve Just had a back tooth extraction after a few weeks of pain and antibiotics due to an absses. I can’t thank the team enough Courtney on Reception for sorting my emergency appointments ,Harbir my Dentist and her assistant for a painless extraction delivered with so much kindness and professionalism. I’ve been with this practice for 17 years and always gone for checkups and dental treatment for all of my 60 years so I’ve seen quite a few dentists along the way She really is the best one I’ve ever seen .

I had a lovely experience at Castle care dental practice. I'm a very nervous patient and the dentist put me at ease, she made me feel less nervous and explained everything she was doing. Would highly recommend.

I had a little bit of hassle getting an app, but managed to get one thank you Courtney, you’re a star . As always great dentist always makes me feel at ease, doesn’t  rush me even though I’m a uneasy patient, only at the dentist    can and would recommend  Castle care Dentist 10/10 from me thank you

Really easy to book online via the contact the surgery option. My appointment was on time, the staff friendly and helpful and the experience very reassuring. As someone who gets very anxious to visit the dentist, I would highly recommend Harbir. She was as calm and patient and very understanding.

I've been going to this dental practice for some years. I've never had to complain about any aspect of the treatment or service. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars Given all the negative press about lack of NHS dentists it makes me feel very lucky to be on Castle Cares books

I'm VERY anxious about dental visits and every member of staff here were lovely and helped me feel at ease. My dentist, Ms Louisa Lau is very professional, talks you through everything beforehand and is very patient if you need to take a break during the treatment. Her assistant was lovely and very encouraging without being patronising and the receptionist was very friendly too. Definitely recommend them if you're nervous.

I recently had to have a replacement filling and the treatment I received was first class. My Dentician gave me updates throughout and made me feel relaxed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castle Practice.
