This dentist is a complete waste of time. Please do not come here if NHS 111 has given your details to them, and you need an emergency appointment.  I had the misfortune of falling into their clutches.  I was given an emergency appointment.  I honestly thought this dental practice was going to give me the dental work I needed.  I was given an appointment as 2pm.  I arrived ten minutes earlier.  The staff were on lunch break.  The first thing I noticed was how dirty the pulled down green shutters were! I was treated with great respect by the lovely receptionist.  When I walked up to the stairs towards the dentist, I noticed how filthy the whole place was! The dentist was useless.  I urged her to removed the dental splint around my teeth that was cause me great distress and worsening my gum disease.  All she did was evade this task.  She informed me I must find another dentist or go back to the private dentist who did the original splinting.  I informed her I cannot afford that private dentist.  That I needed this teeth splint off now! In short they take NHS money and never deliver the goods. They are making a fortune this way.  How have they been getting away with it? If you want to waste your time, be treated evasively, and go home without being treated, this is the dental practice for you. Their website is all fake too.  They are using other dentists' images and practice images to give you the impression this dental practice is on the best.  In short, it is a grubby dental practice tucked away in a equally grubby part of New Town.  Thank you for wasting my time and taking public tax funded NHS money.  You are a disgrace.

This Dental Practice is a waste of time! I’ve had to book off work TWICE for my appointments that I didn’t receive and at late notice.  Originally I asked if they’re taking on any new NHS patients, and they said yes and signed me up in March 24. They gave me an appointment for mid April. One day before the appointment in April they called up and cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it for June “ because the dentist isn’t available”. NOW it’s June my appointment was supposed to be tomorrow, and guess what they’ve gone and done? Cancelled my appointment yet again “ the dentist isn’t available ”. Same old excuse & yet again I booked off work twice now.  Very unprofessional & unorganised. If they’re not going to actually see patients, stop wasting time signing new patents up when we could have gone elsewhere and already had the work done. Very deceptive and I will be signing up where they actually do some work.  The receptionist was nonchalant and unapologetic. The way the ‘dental practice’ is operating as a whole, clearly it’s not the best interests of the patients and should be rated 0 for trying to string me along too.  I beg to differ any opposing response to my experience including “ sorry ”.

Impossible to get through someone on the phone. They just put you on hold and wait for you to disconnect the line . I waited for over 10min. As a working person this is very inconvenient.  Once you manage to get an appointment after 6 month of trying. Bear in mind you are on the dentist availability so if they decide to go on holiday they will cancel your appointments after charging other customer exorbitant rates.

I was in pain and I got seen for an emergency appointment. Great service Newtown dental practice time, high recommended

My experience is based on every dentist I've been to. I was told one thing by the Owner months ago and when i returned to resolve my issue, she told me i can only get it if i went private! Which is rubbish. Thank you for nothing. I will be removing my child. If you want a decent plate or dentures!? Lozells dentist is by far the best. The gentleman is respectful and helpful and thats all we need from our dentist.

I have been ringing round different Dentists to ask if they are taking on new NHS patients. The majority said no which is fair enough but the way in they spoke to me made me feel worse than when I first started making the phone calls. No empathy or nothing! . Since I stopped working last year to become a carer money is tight so no chance of paying private but I am in desperate need of finding an NHS dentist before all my teeth fall out!!  Aaaanyway. Lol I rang up these guys and although they aren't taking any NHS atm, she has put me and my daughter on the waiting list and has given me some hope! I could have literally cried when I got off the phone, that's how disheartened the other receptionists made me feel ! So thank you SO MUCH to the lady receptionist for being so friendly and communicating with some compassion! and I will hopefully be seeing you soon

I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but I would advise to AVOID AT ALL COST. This dentist just done a quick xray and sent me on my way for another six months even though I have impacted wisdom teeth harbouring bacteria that my last dentist said needed removing by drill. I have chiped fillings and bleeding gums but in his opinion no need for any treatment not even a scale and polish after paying the fees. Its the worst dentist I have ever come across just a little hut in a derelict precinct go to bhandall or work hard and go private. I will be escalating this further to avoid anyone else going through this, this service is detrimental to your health, you needs will be neglected unless you whip out the credit card and pay there private fees

Worst experience navpreet is a dentist there and she told me after X-ray there is nothing wrong.  I’m getting dental pain what do I do how can I stop the pain her reply take ibuprofen. Very inexperienced arrogant individual do avoid. There is a receptionist who gets a massive ego boast over the phone and advise that it’s not an emergency my reply how would you know is it your teeth. Avoid this dentist by all means

Second time today: Filling and a clean. Dr Pooja was very professional and friendly. She did exactly what I wanted and went the extra mile to explain and talk about a different treatment, which I will be getting done in the near future. Definitely recommend this dental practice.  First time: The dentistPooja very professional, friendly, experienced and did everything I expected. Good advice and caring too. Explained everything on my teeth scan. Have got another appointment for a clean. Thank you
