I am delighted with the level of service that I received at Park Dental. This was a gift via Groupon for a scale and polish, my experience was positive hence why I have signed up as a patient! From the moment I walked into the surgery, I was greeted by kind receptionists. During the appointment Dr Ahmed was thorough with her examinations, honest and professional! As a patient she put me right at ease, giving ample time to give information while doing her due diligence. I give Park Dental 5/5 for their services because of the quality of care received & the efficacy of their services so far. Thank you for your professionalism and integrity.
Today was my first appointment at Park Dental Surgery and I have to say, the professionalism is to a very high standard. Attentiveness, care and so very polite throughout the entire examination and during the oral hygiene cleaning, thank you so much for a great experience especially since I haven't been to a dentist for a fair bit of time. Been going to the clinic for over 10 years on and off - and it's services have improved year upon year. Most recently had 3 fillings done very professionally and with the minimum of fuss by the Hygienist, Khadijah Bhikha. All the staff are very accommodating and the whole clinic is bit of a hidden gem in the middle of Small Heath. There are many grateful patients from the local area and I'm sure - as it's reputation grows - increasingly from further afield. Many thanks .
I had extreme toothache on a weekend and was searching for a dentist open on a Sunday. Fortunately I found one! They are 20 miles from where I live but anyone who has suffered from toothache knows they’d fly to the moon if it stops the pain! I had a hole in my tooth under the gum line, I was explained the options available but chose extraction. It was one of my big upper back molars. The dentist took it out, I have to say in terms of extraction I can’t speak for other procedures it was the best one I’ve ever had, she was so skilful and out popped the tooth, complete with roots and all, nothing left in gums like other procedures I’ve had done elsewhere. No pain after, cannot recommend enough. I even kept the tooth after as I was so amazed how she did it without breaking it. Thank you so much, 10/10!
The receptionist warmly welcomed me as I settled into the waiting area. Numerous leaflets and informational materials pertaining to dental hygiene were available. As a patient under the National Health Service NHS, I received exemplary care from my dentist, Dr. Maaria Khan, and her nurse, Sabiha Zaman. Together, they demonstrated exceptional teamwork and provided me with the utmost care and attention during my check-up. I am grateful for the high-quality service, which I would rate as five-star.

I really got a faster appointment within a week, despite being a new patient since my old dentist stopped offering weekend appointments. The receptionist was very patient with me and very informative. I had Dr. Kauser, who took excellent care of me. When she did the scale polishing, I didn't feel any pain at all compared to other dentists I've been to where it was extremely painful! I've been to a lot of different dentists, including some very popular ones, but none of them explained to me as well as Dr. Kauser did about how to stop my gum bleeding and how to properly floss and use Corsodyl correctly.
Brilliant service and great professional treatment. Very friendly staff, especially the dentist, Dr Nukhba Ahmed, and hygienist Khadija, who are caring, highly qualified and friendly. Thank you so much.
I got amazing service when I had an emergency and staff were very kind.
