With the pandemic we haven't been to the dentist in 3 years so understandably my children were nervous. Shouldn't have been though, told the dental nurse of their fears and she was absolutely brilliant. Explaining what she was about to do and talking them through it, putting them at ease and being so patient. Eldest needed an x-ray too. Great experience and no dental problems for either of them. Next check up shouldn't be an issue now.
When I first started coming here I was very anxious due to having a couple bad experiences at another dentist. But as time went on I got familiar with my dentist and he works hard to solve issues I'm having and always let's me know what's going on and what his doing to help keep me at ease. Although I still get anxious when I know its more than a check up. I'm slowly getting better. My children visit the same practice and although have a different dental personal my children always feel at ease too. And we welcome any advice given. Thankyou
Worst experience of a dental practice I have ever been to. Rude manager who thinks because other customers are happy doesn’t matter about my experience. Well believe it or not my experience matters as well. Was told I have to have a check up before I could see the hygienist so I booked a check up and requested for the latest time. Was told 6:20 is the latest time so booked for 6:20. Arrived for my check up and waited until 6:45 and the dentist said you still need to wait another 10 minutes which could have potentially been more. At that point I’d had enough of waiting and left. Had to rush to get there to be sat waiting. Thanks for ruining my evening. Funny thing is I missed my check up but they called today and asked if I am still coming to see the hygienist? What happened to needing a check up first? Shows this was a con and another way for them to take more money from me. Clearly a money making scheme. Personally I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Only positive thing I can say about this practice was the receptionist was friendly and it was not her fault however Michelle the manager needs to learn some customer care skills and learn how to speak to people
I recommend this practice to my family and friends. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Dentists do a good job at making you feel at ease also.
Superb Dentist, very caring, reassuing and will always go that extra mile. I hope she is still there on my next visit in June. I suffer with depression and anxiety and she always makes me feel at ease. Thank you.
I have been with this dentist for many many years and I can honestly say Rabina Maqsood is the best dentist I have ever had, very welcoming and caring and understanding. My children love her too. The girls on reception are very helpful polite and welcoming. I highly recommend the erdington practice. 5*
Been with this Dentist for many years, Seen alot of changes. Everything is fantastic, The receptionist's and dentist,The only reason I've give 4 stars is I always have to wait, It would be nice to go in at the time your supposed to,But apart from that,A lovely dentist.
Qaiser Rafique is a very understanding and friendly person. I am really nervous when going to the dentist, but Qaiser is always reassuring and helps me to calm my nerves. I had a broken tooth which was rotten, and didn't want to take it out, but Qaiser said it would be ok once it was out and I wouldn't feel any pain. So I decided to get it done. And u know what he was absolutely right. He was very gentle when giving my injection and I was shocked when he said my tooth was taken out which I felt no pain. Thanks again Qaiser. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, that's why I gave him 5 stars.
I have been with this dentist for many years. Even though my dentist has left for maternity I was very impressed with the new replacement he was very professional and helpful. Reception staff are always friendly.
Excellent service from the time I entered and very well job done by the dentist she has been marvellous The receptionist are very welcoming and the communication is excellent I don’t normally write reviews for anybody but this time I have because they care for the patients and are excellent at there job. Always smiling
