I have recently completed my invisalign treatment with Dr Faizan Ahmad and I'm really happy with my results. He made sure to always explain the different steps during the treatment and is a very hardworking and professional dentist! I would highly recommend him to anyone considering invisalign treatment.

I can’t express enough how happy I am with the results and service I received! The staff was all lovely and the attention to detail from Dr Faizan was amazing! He listened to everything I wanted and took his time in giving me the perfect smile for my wedding day! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new smile!

Thanks you to Dr Faizan Ahmed for making the last 8 months or so of my Invisalign treatment smooth and comfortable. I’m a real claustrophobic when it comes to dentists and was weary of going, but I was made to feel like everything was MY choice, not sold to me on a sales pitch. I felt well informed and confident with my decisions, as well as knowing what to expect before and after every appt. Dr Ahmed was kind and patient with my weird phobia  thank you so much. The results speak for themselves, I’ve had lots of compliments. Worth every penny! I’ll be back! Thank you

Employees falsely claimed they do not have a contract with the NHS and refused me treatment, attempting to push me toward private care. I’ve been a patient at other MyDentist locations and never encountered such issues. It’s a shame that one location is not providing the same level of service as the others. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

Never got a chance to go there. Booked an appointment with the receptionist and then received an email saying it was cancelled. No explanations, didnt get in touch with me to reschedule and ignored my message when asked for the reason of cancellation.  I didnt ask for NHS cover… i booked in for cleaning and teeth straightening which i was, of course, willing to pay fully.

I have recently over past 6months had the pleasure of meeting Dr Faizan for ongoing dental implant treatment. From the 1st appointment which I was truly dreading, I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. The Reception staff Pauline and Simran who engaged in conversation to settle my nerves on ARRIVAL, to Dr Faizan and the nursing TEAM. The treatment I had was explained in a step by step process. Nothing was rushed. Each visit I was reassured and allowed to ask all my wierd and wonderful questions. Each appointment was booked to fit around my schedule. I am delighted with the results, so much so I have decided to continue with teeth whitening with the team.

One star is anyway more than they deserve - Very disappointing on website they do accept kids and adults on NHS but we have been told  NO as is only for kids which is absolutely not true as I have checked on website. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

I've been with thus dentist for over 15 years. I found the receptionist rude and entitled. It took days to get thought to book appointment. Got the appointment and didn't get usual call day before appointment and missed it. Took me days to get them back again to rebook. Had a car accident could make the appointment couldn't get though to cancel. When eventually got through and was told by said receptionist that I could no longer use the dentist unless i went private paid for the service. Now. I have previously paid this dentist over £2000 in treatment and the dentist himself is okay but the service is not good one phone line is inadequate for a dental service . Most importantly the receptionist needs to be approachable to all not just those that's she likes  Not impressed will happily find another dentist that provides a good over all service  Update Received a email requesting further details on my experience. I provided my name and address D.O.B. Then I receive a letter dated 13.12.23. I have witnessed a parent of an autistic child be grilled in reception area over her requirements for the child. She was horrified at the way she was questioned I have witnessed patience been denied NHS treatment but offered private.. I have a right to make a review and it's based on what I saw and what happened to me. Your letter is indicative of your reception service which I found to be I adequately staff with an inadequate number of telephone and inadequately trained, unapproachable, sometimes rude entitled staff.

Just had one of my back teeth taken out my dentist was Manjinda he kept checking up on me to see if i was okay and when he removed my tooth i felt no pain and it was quick :
