Recently visited Edgbaston Dental Centre after not attending a dental practice in many years. I was very nervous and full of anxiety as my teeth are in very bad condition however Dr Fleet made me feel very relaxed and reassured me through my who appointment. Very friendly staff very helpful. Made me feel comfortable can't wait for my next appointment to start my healthy teeth journey. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service by the dentist and very polite staff at the front desk. Prices are on the high side but very professional and I guess you get what you pay for. But the young lady at reception on Saturdays is always polite and helpful with my enquiries.
Friendly receptionist and dentist, waiting time is not very long , overall you feel welcome. Dentist gives good advice on future treatments. I have been going to this dental practise from past 10years never had an issue with their service. I would highly recommend this dental practise to everyone.
Went to see Dr Sreedevi Krishnan 6th September and although she was lovely the dental nurse was not. She was very abrupt and spoke to me like a child. This Was the 2nd to 3rd time I've had this unpleasant encounter with her. At the end of my appointment i said goodbye to them both but only sreedevi responded whilst the dental nurse had her back turned and ignored me, I left the practice feeling sad
So i booked a hygienist appointment 3 weeks in advance. I was told I needed to have a check-up appointment first, which i paid. That was fine, and then I also had to pay for my hygienist appointment in advance. My appointment was on the 8th ofAugust at14:15 I called 1 whole hour before my appointment told them I will be late, when I got there they told me I lost 20 minutes of my appointment so I will only have a 10 minutes session. In total this cost just under £100 for no reason whatsoever it was my wedding I didn't bother going for the remaining time.
My Dentist saw me without an appointment when I went to pick up a repaired denture. She aways seems genuinely concerned about ensuring you are happy with the services provided and tries to deal with things quickly and efficiently. Very professional .
I was seen by Dr Kieran Bakhta, Such a remarkable young talent, Professional, Courteous a true asset to the practice. Had a crown fitted. It’s a shame he’s only there two days a week. Keep up the Brilliant work !
Dr Esha Nijran and her assistant Mayan are so friendly and highly professional. I'm a patient since many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They make you feeling at ease every time.
Great visit…my dentist is always very thorough and professional..She is always calm and friendly and makes you feel relaxed and less nervous..Staff on the desk are always friendly and welcoming.
Dr Gupta is very professional checking my teeth health today. Hasaya the dentist nurse is friendly greeting people and calm preparing things. But the payment through online booking might fail in the new system. Took some time to sort that out but luckily Dr Gupta is available at that time for new patients. Overall good experience.
