A poor service for £7,000. We chose Hamptons from 3 very similar agents, as Giles was confident they had buyers interested at the price recommended. Within two weeks we had to reduce the price 5% after only a couple of viewings. Stuart who took over unfortunately got COVID and was off work. We had Zero contact whilst he was off no other staff??, except if we called, and when we finally recieved a cash offer there seemed to be little action to push this along except if instigated by ourselves. In the end we had to threaten to put the flat back on the market with another agent before the sale completed. Nice guys but seemed to be too busy for our sale.
Bought our house through Hamptons. Stuart is the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. Very good at guiding the process without being pushy. Would definitely recommend.
Would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons in Marlow. I have used their team many times over the years. Good rates and good service. Go the extra mile including proactively kicking unfocused solicitors in order to push sales through to successful conclusion. Nice to work with a team who don’t need to be chased.
Overall I had a great experience with Hamptons for the sale of my property, as well as being the most professional of the firms I spoke with they also offered the most competitive commission rates from the off. The Marlow office were helpful throughout the process and i would highly recommend that anyone wishing to sell their home speak with them.
Having unsuccessfully used another High Street agent to let my flat and been disappointed by broken promises, I was recommended to Hamptons by a friend of mine. I met Sonja and was immediately impressed by her professionalism and drive to let the property. Her colleagues Camilla and Mags were equally enthusiastic and within a week had found me a lovely tenant at the full asking price!! Brenda was super efficient with all the paperwork - I really cannot stress how brilliant the team effort was and would highly recommend Hamptons Marlow office to anyone!
We have had the absolute best service for Julie, Tina, Sonja and all the friendly staff from Hamptons Marlow. We live overseas and they have managed the full letting process and management of our family property in Marlow. I can highly recommend the whole team based in Marlow.
We were really pleased with the service from the Hamptons Marlow sales team. They had proactively arranged multiple viewings, before our house was even listed on the main property websites. It was marketed really well and it sold within 2 weeks.
The whole team at Hamptons Marlow has been professional, hard working and supportive over the past few years of letting our property. Our property manager, Victoria, is a pleasure to work with and does an excellent job.
We had a very positive experience with the team at Hamptons lettings. Demi helped us to secure our perfect house and Tina was extremely helpful in accomodating all our questions and requests to get things finalised.
