I just love Oaktree. The variety and amazing range of everything is inspiring. Met a super member of staff I knew from another garden centre. You are sure lucky to have this person on your staff. He's helpful so very polite and nothing is too much trouble for him. His knowledge is endless.
Visited today, and had lunch. The desert we chose, apple and plum crumble was to "grandma" standard. Better than any award winning restaurant, it was generous in portion, with plenty of custard. The crumble was crisp and crunchy, properly cooked along with the fruit creating that delicious sweet but sharp layer where crumble and fruit mingle. Its a great garden centre with a huhe selection of plants and knowledgeable staff. But it's worth the dive for pudding alone!
This is an amazing company, they make buying a BBQ or anything an absolute delight with incredible communication. They will now be my first choice for anything. Thanks for making everything simple and easy, even getting the delivery drivers to call you to check the time you'll be in.
Amazing place with AFFORDABLE price of all sorts plants healthy beautiful plants from indoor plant, shades plant, pond plants to Aquarium Fish... tanks... BBQ ... gazebos... basically everything. We bought multiple plants and combined them into a beautiful pot that half of the price season closed... also some Lavender... it's been a month with us they still growing and doing very well. Staffs are friendly and helpful, I've got a foldable recycled bag which was slight defect, they gave a 10% off of the last one for me. Overall it's a very nice Garden Centre around recommended for a visit.
Rude and unhelpful staff including management when simply asking for cardboard or paper to protect leather seat. OakTree customer service atrocious despite us having spent a lot of money recently. Plenty of other centers nearby so I shall not be back.
I gave the cafe this as the air conditioning was on cold on 28th October. By time I finish my breakfast it was cold. This café used to be organised better than this and I won't eat in here anymore. The garden center is great.
Visited 14th December for a catch up with sister and sister in law in the cafe. The staff were lovely BUT the air conditioning heating was so cold it made our visit very uncomfortable . We changed seats but no still no difference.
This is a great place for coffee and a buttered teacake or for lunch. Staff are always friendly and helpful, giving quick and efficient service. Great range of gifts here too. The garden centre has a great range of healthy looking plants and garden products.
Went to buy a Christmas tree, they had a great selection. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We found the perfect tree for us a good height and spread and solidly bushy. They had the trees organised not only by height but also by spread to make it easier to find suitable trees.
