I have been an Oakfield tenant for almost 2 years now. Luke has been my point of contact for any maintenance issues and has always been very helpful and professional. I recently had to move due to my landlord wishing to sell and the staff were really helpful in getting me set up in a new rental property. Lily was great sorting out all the admin and getting me set up in my new home. If/when I move I will definitely look to stay with Oakfield as all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We have been letting a property through Oakfield for a number of years and recently had some serious issues. Oakfield, and  in particular Skye in accounts, has been most helpful. Skye has been efficient, thorough and most professional in dealing with the problem. She has always kept in touch and given updates immediately and reached out to other agencies where needed which has been such a help as we are not local. We are most grateful, thank you Skye. Also a quick thank you to Luke for good handling of technical matters.

I have been letting my flat for almost a year now as a first time landlord, so everything was new to me. The let is managed by Luke at the Hastings branch, and I'm so grateful for all he has done to make it stress free. I live 90 miles away and feel unable to oversee the letting of my flat myself, especially when I was initially inclined to panic at the slightest problem. I now know there is no need to worry if something needs attention within the flat, it is always dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I am kept informed at all times. Luke has arranged for an emergency boiler issue to be addressed and recently for some major repair work to be done, I'm very happy with the finished result. Thank you Luke and to Oakfield for everything you are doing, it really is appreciated.

Oakfield have let and managed my flat for many years now, and I can only say how easy and painless they make the whole thing. Luke always contacts me if there are any issues, and has arranged plumbers and electricians if ever needed. And the accounting is clear and concise, which makes the tax return straightforward. I would happily recommend - I honestly can't imagine any other agent could do it better.

Oakfield have been managing my flat in Eastbourne for the last five years and have provided a first class service. Zoe Matthews has been my point of contact and deals with any problems promptly and efficiently.  I can totally relax knowing she is taking care of everything.  I have no hesitation in recommending Oakfields to any future landlords.

Oakfield have handled the rental of my property for many years. Almost all my interaction with them has been through Zoe Mathews.  Zoe is very professional, knowledgeable and very efficient.  I would highly recommend both Oakfield and especially Zoe if you are looking for a first class property management service.

I have been using Oakfield for over 5 years now. I have found them to be consistently good. There have been a few issues over the years, but they have always supported and dealt with them swiftly. My contact is Kirsty and she is really good at her job, helpful, thorough and shows that she cares about clients.

Emma and the lettings team at Oakfield are really good at what they do. My fully-managed tenancy ran smoothly, and the team have good advice for both landlords and tenants. Highly recommend.

I have recently moved into a property through Oakfield and had a maintenance problem. Luke was on it straight away and the issue was sorted in a matter of days. I feel very reassured that if/when any future problems crop up they'll be handled in the same effective and friendly way.

We moved from Dorset to East Sussex, and we rented a house through Oakfield while we were looking for a house to buy.  My main contact at Oakfield for administrative issues has been been Kirsty Berwick, who has provided a polite, efficient and helpful service - much appreciated, thank you!
