Bought a few items now after a number of visits. Found the staff happy and helpful but you have to very careful with what you buy as the quality varies from near perfect to extremely badly damaged! The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered a sofa back in July 22 with a delivery date some time in September 22. A week before delivery I had a text to say the delivery had been cancelled and that I needed to reschedule, so I did, for the earliest time available, which was November. November came and a week before delivery the same text message came through to say the delivery had again been cancelled. So I rescheduled delivery for December 4 days before christmas and the sofa turned up, but the left module was a completely different colour to the rest of the sofa. After a lengthy chat on the phone they agreed to come and swap the incorrect module for the correct one. The date was agreed and I have booked the day off work, and today the van turns up at my house... without my package. You genuinely couldn't make up a worse comedy of errors. Now I have been told that the earliest they can deliver the correct module is 14th February, almost 8 months after I placed the order. They are totally incapable of fulfilling orders and I am considering cancelling altogether and getting my money back .

Searching  all day for a sofa, popped in and they had some great prices I ended up buying the first sofa a saw, great customer service after I was rudely spoken to by a member of staff in scs next door.

Can’t praise these guys enough, messaged to say product in, great price, helped get it loaded, messaged to see if we got back ok !!!  Absolutely awesome service, will be buying more .. thank you

Had a great experience buying an electrical reclining sofa for a bargain a few months ago and so when we needed a new dining table this was the first place we went. Absolutely delighted to be dealt with by Gill again and Tim who helped us load everything when we returned a few days later to collect. The quality of the furniture for the price is excellent and the customer service makes spending our hard earned £££s a truly delightful experience.

Love this place. Good quality furniture at fantastic prices. If you like nice things and not bothered by a scuff or two particularly if you have young kids that wreck new things within five minutes, then this place is an absolute must

Good products but staff genuinely don't care. Had to carry my own item to my car because lazy blokes couldn't be bothered to help.  Walked past today and saw chest of drawers laying sideways on the floor. Shame
