Would of give 4 stars , but by the end of us having a look round the shop , after picking up my online order , a member of staff started following me and my family round the shop like we were some thieves!! , I’ve worked in retail for 17 years so get you have to watch people ! , but we dont look anything like a thief, in fact we was wearing all good make clothes !! , so I can only think of that my autistic daughter had taken her coat off because she was hot in there!! , she finds it hard to be in shops as it is , so thank you for making us feel so uncomfortable in your store , that we won’t be returning again !
Different staff in this weekend to be fair but oh dear what a difference.nTook soooo long to served, soooo long for the order to be finished.nThe Pulled Beef Roll was body temp on the outside, cold in the middle.nBut then the Toilet and Baby Change Area had not been cleaned in more than 24 hours, photos taken Sunday 30th 3pmnYuk!
Good value, but rather too much office wear. No visible staff to help with trying clothes, fetching clothes or advice. Could do better.

Very disappointed today with my visit to the Blackpole store. Wanted help with a purchase, not a single person on the shop floor or near the till to help me. Walked out in disgust
