We visited the store today to buy a corner sofa . We were greeted by Stanley Cannon from sales and guided throughout our purchase. Very friendly, polite and professional. He was later joined by his manager, Mr.Ian Mcleod , who was very helpful, fast, professional , overall in 15-20 min we sort out the transaction, delivery 1 week later which was great , very efficient . This was a very pleasant buying experience, would recommend anyone and we will definitely be back for more . Product quality outstanding, with great customer service. The worst experience I have ever experienced when buying furniture, the after sales is horrendous, when submitting a photo, the woman asked me what she was supposed to be looking at, when you could clearly see the hole in the chair, they don't open emails and then tell you they haven't received them. We have given up, it's gone on that long. I've given it one star because I can't post this without doing so.
Nice furniture but you are left to put it together yourself I.e put the screws under the chairs. Delivery men can't because they are having to go next job. Wouldn't go there again.
Great place for sofas at reasonable prices. No nonsense or pushy sales. Big thanks to Daz, his service was impeccable, so helpful. Please pass the message on.
Bought new table & chairs,it's getting delivered in 7 weeks which is very good. The sales man from speke branch call Baz was nice and pleasant wasn't hard sales man top bloke

Met a lovely salesman called Ray and his customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. He really did make us feel welcome and explained everything clearly and precisely. Even offered to buy us a cuppa from McDonalds! Good job we were planning on buying lots of stuff. Fab guy and will call again
