The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Walked into the store looking to buy a carpet, wasn't approached for 15 minutes and the store was dead. 
Manager was awful and barely said a word. Said he would call me about a carpet after an hour and heard nothing. Ignored my call and had to drive up to the store where he was sitting having a cup of tea on one of the sofas. No apologies or anything when I got there just a "I will give you a call in the morning".
Avoid this store.
