We've ordered furniture from here, still waiting for delivery so will update once received. We've dealt with a couple of sales people when browsing on different occasions. You are usually pounced on within a couple of seconds of entering the store but I imagine that is a company policy. The sales people aren't too pushy and often hang back to let you look around but are close enough for you to ask any questions. Went in to purchase the furniture and it was a painless process and got a cheeky couple of tins of furniture wax chucked in. You can call them up before your furniture is delivered if you spot that the price has decreased and they will refund the difference. We bought our furniture during a sale, I think the full prices for some of the furniture are steep considering the quality of the furniture. You also have to pay a premium delivery fee if you want any furniture assembled or the packaging removed.
Our sideboard finally arrived today 08/11/21, Damaged, it was ordered and fully paid for on 11/06/21, we have had our delivery date changed 3 times. Annoyed and Frustrated beyond belief.
Nice furniture, well displayed. Wanted to browse, but the seccond you walk in the door you get pounced on by a member of staff. Would rather look in peace and find someone to ask if I needed any info. We did however make a multiple purchase, after seeing in the flesh what we were looking at on line. Wasn't our first purchase from there Was a very quick and painless process with only minimal up selling.
Great in store experience, no pressure from sales staff but there and helpful if needed. Bought two sofas which seem great quality and good value compared to competitors. Stuck to their price promise and refunded £260 when price dropped between purchase day and delivery. Changed my delivery date with no troubles. Store staff great, telephone/head office staff great, delivery staff great. Oak Furniture Land did it for me from start to finish. Very happy indeed!

Got a new sofa and chair delivered in under 2 weeks. Jenna was great without being pushy.
Furniture delivered earlier than scheduled. I had two days notice. Trying to get in touch with customer services took a whole morning and even then I could not reschedule delivery. I paid for delivery into house but did not know that this did not include assembling the furniture or removing the packaging. Very disappointed salesman did not explain this to me.
Efficient and friendly service. Speedy delivery- just under a week. Amazing . Delivered in the time slot promised . Excellent communication. Richard Tweedie, the assistant manager couldn’t have been more helpful.
Ordered a sofa 12 weeks ago it should have been delivered on Monday. We got rid of our other sofa to be told it wasn’t coming. 2 days notice wasn’t enough. Not being delivered until October. Cancelled the order which took 2 hrs to get through on the phone. Bought another sofa local which has now been delivered.
Great service in store and great service with delivery and installation.
