Just dropped in quickly to pick up an online order. Arrived just after 9am on a weekday, followed the signs to the collection point and picked up my parcel. Friendly people at collection point, in and out within 4 minutes.
Recently visited this huge store, looking for silicone baking tins, didn't find what I needed in silicone but did find a perfect metal tin instead. A lot packed in to the store, it has a lot to offer everyone and a cafe, which is always a bonus. Slight downside, not enough parking as there are other shops in the vicinity, not enough disabled parking spaces, inconsiderate drivers who can't park to save themselves. Gap in the aisles not very wide, but store has a lift to first floor and above all else the staff are great and very helpful.
Could spend my entire life in this place, the bargains I've ended up with all of good quality, went on a spending spree recently and got all kinds of lovely Christmas things for next year, saved an absolute packet too only thing that suffers is my bank balance, although not as much as it wud if I paid full price. Do I really need that Christmas tree serving dish it asks.....yes....yes I do!
I didn’t want this to go unnoticed. It’s nice to see retailers trying to accommodate those with unseen battles. This is great, if not an attempt at showing your customers that you’re trying. Many should follow suit. Good job :
Good quality home furnishings and materials at teasonable prices. Loads of other useful household items. And a cafe where kind eat free.

Got what we were looking for, great help from staff when needed.
In store this morning and ordered Oswald chair, Edith recliner etc. Very helpful and friendly staff. Knowledgeable, and if they didn't know the answer they went to find out. Lovely coffee and scone in Pausa at very reasonable prices, then more browsing and buying. Would highly recommend.
Great cafe, friendly staff and lots to browse
Lots of interesting home furnishings, bric a bracelet, candles, table wear, bedding, towels, curtains, material, table cloths, rugs and more... There's avenue a cafe so when you are worn out looking around, you can take a break.
