I really love this shop I ended up getting a 2 pack of pillows, double size quilt and bedding for that and I Think I ended up saving quit a bit that day too, because I remember I did pay as much as I was expecting. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well definitely recommend worth every penny. I have a friend that works in here too.

Pleasant store good range of homeware items. Average price range and decent quality. Tills at time visit were slow and staff seemed distracted and queue was slow even though 5 tills were in operation. Don't let that deter you from visiting as this store is a one stop shop and best of it's type in Carlisle. A cafe is on the upper level but did not try this.

Dunelm Carlisle Store is staffed by arrogant, obdurate, charmless and unhelpful staff with zero bed side manner. Do not waste your time venturing to this store to spend your hard earned. Buy from other more invested brands either in store or online. This store has no concept of customer care provision what so ever.
