From the very first time I meet you I had a great deal of respect for you all in your team. You helped us in our darkest hour.. It was the first time in losing a very close member of our family he was our head of our household then he was gone. We was lost in our bereavement.. You picked us up and made us think of my father's last journey.. You made me think of what my father would have wanted.. We did not have loads of money but I think we had the best day for my Father in everyway one thing I learned before the funeral service is... its as much for the families memories of the people who are left behind.. So I wanted the most important thing to be was the respect and love to be felt for my family and your team delivered that in every way.. You made me feel like I have new family and friends thankyou for being the best team ever thankyou kindly for your help and support plus your advice and guidance also with letting us make choices for what we liked and wanted and our budget.. Your Outstanding bless you all and a very big respectful thankyou x
