I wanted to find out more about the costs of a funeral and what could be sorted to make sure plans are in place for the future.
I called a couple of funeral directors in the area and found the guys here to be so helpful and friendly. I was prepared to be give some kind of sales speech, but I felt they were caring and genuinely interested only in giving me the information that I needed to make the process easier for my family.
The honesty, friendliness and understanding of my requirements were second to none and they provided me with plenty of information and options for me and my family to take into consideration.
The swiftness in providing the information was in sort first class and very efficient, I was very impressed that it arrived very quickly indeed. 
I firmly believe that first impressions really matter and I found the team at Crescent very thoughtful, caring, considerate and efficient. They say it's best to keep things local and this is just a shining example that an independent firm like Crescent really focus on the important things, you the client.

We can’t thank Simon and his team at Crescent Funeral Services enough for the service they provided following the loss of our Mother. Their experience in dealing with coroners, timing of events and crematoriums took away any stress over the planning of the funeral. Highly professional and always putting customers needs first. I can highly recommend Crescent to take care of your needs if you lose a friend, family member or loved one. Thank you to you all

Such a wonderful, caring and attentive funeral directors whilst dealing with the sudden loss of our mum. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon & his team. Thank u for the consideration & support shown to us & our extended family. A special thanks to Simon for his wonderful hugs during this sad time - b warned we will definitely take up your offer of more hugs !!! Sue, Mandy, Karen x

Simon and his colleagues are an excellent caring friendly and professional team. The service they provide is second to none. I have entrusted Simon with a few of my loved ones, the last being my husband and he has never let me down. Would recommend to anyone.

I can not praise Crescent Funeral Services enough, from the moment of ringing to book the appointment to the day of the service, they have been outstanding in every aspect of the service they offer.  

I would highly and in fact only recommend them, the day was truly amazing and ran like clockwork but most importantly was stress free, they did a wonderful job
