We had the pleasure of having Marie Frankum guiding us through the sensitive and bewildering process of losing a parent. She was incredibly aware of all our practical needs, sorted out a disaster with a supplier of cocoons, taking it out of my hands when I was in no state to deal with it. We found her incredibly hardworking and dedicated all the way along the line and stayed with us when we just needed to talk to someone outside of the family. She made a massive difference to our experience of mummy's funeral and with the confidence Marie inspired in us we were able to give her a wonderful send off. Thank you from us all.

There is never a good time to use a funeral director but I am so glad that I used this one. Not only was David brilliant as always. Jess was amazing too. So helpful and nothing was ever to much hassle. She is a true asset to the team. On the day everything was perfect. Our limousine arrived exactly when David said they would. Richard ( our driver ) was absolutely wonderful. The cars were driven perfectly and perfectly timed to get to the crematorium. The service was a perfect send off. What a brilliant team that Exeter have. Thank you again.

Exeter Funeral Services were efficient yet sympathetic and supportive throughout as we said goodbye to my father in law. Marie and her team accommodated our requests perfectly and helped make a really difficult time more bearable for my wife and her family. Thank you.

Exeter and District helped me and so many others to work together to ensure that a special lady to many had the best send off possible. Marie and Jess were supportive, considerate and sympathetix when helping with funeral arrangements ensuring that the day went smoothly. All staff conducted themselves professionally throughout the services makingbthe day easier for so many. Would highly recommend their services. Thanks again.
