I couldn't have wished for a kinder or more understanding funeral director than James - he was fabulous and so helpful,  efficiently dealing with and gently guiding me through all the necessary arrangements at this very sad, emotionally draining time , and yet miraculously he quietly managed to keep my spirits up throughout - nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you James and to everyone involved, for all the care and attention your very necesary service gave to me and my family.

We would like to thank W Parsons especially James who arranged the funeral for Bradley.

He made the day easier to bear with his compassion, attention to detail and very professional manner in which the funeral was carried out.
We would recommend W Parsons to anyone looking for an excellent funeral director.

We want to thank Walter C Parsons of Exeter so very much for the professionalism and kindness shown throughout our recent bereavement of Jennifer Sketchley.The day went as well as could be expected and was all made more bearable by the attention to detail that James puts into all he does.All family and friends that attended were all of the same opinion. We can't thank you enough from the Sketchley family.
