Thanks to all of the team at O2 Shop Downpatrick today for helping upgrade our mobile phones, delighted with the Black Friday deal on the iphone 13 unlimited data and the two new sim card upgrades for my boys . Well done, especially Conor who took the time and patience to explain everything and transfer all data across to the new phones. Five star service and a great team. Highly recommended.

Went in this evening about a query and only thing they say is ring customer services I called to shop for yous to help. If your not buying they don't want to know

Very helpful with old codgers like me.

Disgusted with the staffs attitude towards the elderly. My aunt with whom they sold a used phone to as new and then charged her with all other useless add ons. They didn't have the decency to explain the phone or include any instructions. She is not the only one of "the older generation", to be treated discourteously and without respect! Another elderly lady was told, "we don't sell cheap phones like that", as she was looking for a phonecase, when she had bought it from them last year!?

Went in yesterday 7th aug 2021 just for a quick check on prices as my phone was needing updated.. Nicola couldn’t have been more helpful! Explained everything and the craic was 90! Nicola gave me a really good deal! : 10/10

Never been a fan of this store but was in Iast week as my father needed a new phone and the young lady that served us was great very helpful and set this phone up for him in store. I was in today and she served me. She resolved my problem. Not sure of her name. Blonde hair and glasses. Pity there's not more staff in store like her and keep them. May be other staff can follow in the same foot steps. Just what this store needs more of

Stood in rain for 15 minutes to get in. Me and my partner wanted to look to see what phone he wanted to buy and to see what phone I wanted to upgrade to. To be told as we werent buying we could not come in. As we werent allowed to browse! No sign in window to say this. Extremely u helpful n unprofessional

Great shop. Staff know it inside and out very helpful and friendly. Shop has a great selection of phones on offer and should you have a different one in mind the staff are happy to help you get it. They also look out for the best deals for you. Only 4 stars because it's such a small store and can pack up very quickly but staff try the best to see all.

You can go into the shop but not touch any phones. Thats not even based on scientific advice Who would buy a phone that they can’t touch. The brown haired woman just lurks waiting to pounce on people, very strange
