Went in a couple of days ago, couldn't get the cooked chicken I was looking for, couldn't get frozen chips or burger baps. Went in again today, still didn't have all that stuff. Went shopping one day and couldn't get Heinz ketchup, like seriously can't even stock Heinz ketchup, couldn't get my usual frozen pizza. Stood for 2 minutes at self serve checkout waiting on a store worker to fix a problem with the machine, she was busy yakking away to a coleuge not paying any attention to customers. Don't know where all these 5 star ratings come from, they can't stock Jack s#*£. Couldn't use the urinal in the gents one day because of p#@@ all over the floor. Out of date stock on shelves, and products with a longer useby at front of shelves and shorter dated stuff behind them. It's a joke of a store.

Staff very pleasant and helpful 2 areas could really do with improvement: Flowers Range is poor. Too many ugly bouquets in a garish mix of colours Not well presented or looked after - a lot of dried out and damaged flowers Bread in bakery dept Too much is a dry low quality mix falling way below the standard of Tesco, Lidl, M&S - have stopped buying it No cranberries this Christmas - why?

Fantastic. Has become home from home. Love the idea of delivery but would miss meeting friends and staff are wild helpful and familiar.

Good service and pleasant staff and reasonable prices , meat from the butcher is generally of a high standard too
