excellent shop but one staff member insulting blonde one packs sheves blue trousers nosy made comments about my weigh and size and said I was making my parents pay all the time none of her business who pays very rude insulting you paying the day again

Poundland Downpatrick yes you have installed self service checkouts thinking that it will probably save you money on staff wages......WRONG!!!! From my experience this evening and what I witnessed from other customers, it has probably lost you money in sales!!! Was in this evening, 3 self service checkouts, 1 was accepting cards only and another was out of order which left 1 available self service checkout. After standing in the queue for a lengthy time behind 6 other people, myself and the person in front of me dumped the stuff we were waiting to pay for and walked out. The best of it is there were no staff on the manual checkouts yet several staff walking around the shop!!!! I only went in for 3 candles at a cost of £3, yes its only £3 but it's £3 of my money your shop will never see again!!!! 😠😠😠
