I bought a brand new iphone for my daughters 16th, they gave her a new mobile number to replace her old one... nether numbers now work and it just seem like they are fobbing us off, a polite note for customer services, when someone is ring you with a issue don't refer to them a 'PAL'
I got a new phone here and accidentally locked myself out of it. Aaron worked tirelessly on solving the problem. I cannot thank him and colleagues enough for their brilliant work. The staff are all friendly and efficient,. I would 100% recommend this o2 shop Thank you once again Carol Firby
Glorified phone shop. They can't help with your contracts unless you're upgrading in store. Assistant was incredibly unhelpful and his attitude stunk. He may aswell have said "Duh" to me since his attitude was so abysmal to my questions. I never get angry with sales assistants but I ended up storming out and in tears.
Definitely problem solved not like customer service on the phone which is completely useless
Pathetic store staff. Extremely poor customer service. Shop leader will ask you to wait for 40 min and then on your turn system does not respond and say you to wait another 40 min. At the end you get nothing. No resolution of your matter. An Asian guy does not bother what you want and gives lame excuses. Would not recommended O2 at all
Not happy at all with this store I placed a order for the new Samsung watch for pick up same day we was in bury so thought we'd nip to see if they could process the order a bit earlier to get told no there's none in stock to then get home and have a email to say my item is ready to collect? So how can I collect something that wasn't in stock? Can't get through on the phones either have tried about 40 times it's a joke staff seem to not want to deal with you and fob you off!! Would of been 0 stars but not option for that
All 4 staff members stood around on their phones chit chatting and not even paying attention to the customers. Poor quality staff. Disgraceful
Absolutely terrible trying too cancel your contract is basically a crime to them…paid device off and airtime plan and they still have the audacity to say I owe them more money…joke of a company!!! Glad I’m free of them if I’m honest!!!
Very poor staff unhelpful and rude, the staff are the most unhelpful staff I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, avoid at all cost O2 maybe okay but they urgently need to teach the staff in this shop in Bury millgate shopping center about customer service, I would look elsewhere.I would give no stars for customer services.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had to ring O2 customer care service as the staff in the store showed no interest in resolving the issue claiming they can't do anything. Well, what is the point then to open an O2 store if everything can be resolved by calling the customer care service? Alisha was nice, young and tried to help. O2 needs to understand there are many fishes in the ocean and I mean EE and other mobile phone providers would be happy to snatch their customer if they have this careless attitude and bad customer service in their O2 stores. Very shockingly disappointed.
