Went into the store two weeks ago to get a repair of the screen i got the cheaper screen however and the phone broke today. The screen was unresponsive however the facial recognition is still working. Took it into store to get him to fix it and he said “i’ll do it for free this time but not in future” We had to wait an hour and then went back in and the facial recognition wouldn’t work we tested it and the camera was blurry! We asked him to fix it and he refused so we went to a different repair shop to ask what the issue may have been and he replied with “he must have touched the camera. All he needs to do is take it apart and clean it with rubbing alcohol” So we went back and as he saw us coming he locked the door and turned off the lights an hour early. He then proceeded to tell us to “go away it’s not my fault” Horrible service for the price and unacceptable do not go to this store if u need a phone repaired!
Amazing service fixed my phone in 15 minutes screen was badly broken and very polite and friendly güy he is definitely will come back highly recomended the best shop in bury thanks
Came here to get my phone fixed and they ended up breaking it more so this led to further issues 6 months down the line. Had to take it to a different phone shop in the end. Be very careful who you trust to fix your phone!!
