I absolutely can't recommend this shop. Me and my relatives also my friends in last couple of years, we have a less or more, bad experience about quality of customer service they provide at this shop. Every my visit there, when I try to resolve something or change my contract is ended with nothing. I received answers from the staff "I cant, I not able, not possible" and other blah, blah, blah..., they are incompetent or unwilling to work. Then I going to other branch, for example, to Three shop in Trafford Centre and there my case is solved without any problem and also in friendly atmosphere. At Three Shop in Bury, the staff there is no friendly and unhelpful, they treated me and other my relatives like intruder. I don't want to say all the staff is bad, but unfortunately all who we meet there, made for us bad experience. Maybe this store has a policy to discourage the customer to this mobile network - I don't understand them. I've already given for this shop a chances a few times, but I've had enough and neither me nor my family and my friends will go there again. I really recommend Tree Shop in Trafford Center because there is always fantastic customer service. It's not worth wasting time and nerves at Tree Shop in Bury.
I have mixed reviews for this store having been in a few times recently. Some times the service has been great with helpful staff who when that bit further to help me out. Other times I have been left waiting for 35 minutes without even an acknowledgment of my existence which was a bit of a joke and has put me off calling in again.
I visited the store last week and received first glass service, very patient, kind and understanding. The team solved my problem and did it with good humour and perseverance. I highly recommend 3 Bury for super service. Thank you

I popped into this store as I was looking for an upgrade, a staff member recommended a particular phone for me, however they didn't have it in stock so they tried calling another branch, as the staff was unable to get through to anyone, I didn't want to wait so I left. I normally upgrade over live chat, so I managed to get the phone that was recommended in the store.
Absolutey top drawer customer service. I’m on a sim only contract with O2, so naturally I started my search for a replacement phone at the O2 shop who, after keeping me waiting for 35 minutes, wouldn’t sell me a handset without a new contract. I had the same response from Vodafone and EE before coming across the 3 shop. There, I was helped by Chris who showed unimaginable patience as I’m not at all tech savvy, and he also backed up my old phone for me there and then. He explained everything so well that I was able to easily set up my new phone when I got home, although he had also given me the phone number of the shop in case I had any problems. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone, and my only regret is that I wasted so much time going round the other phone shops. Thanks Chris!
I went into the Three shop today 6/7/22 I have a problem with my phone . The lady in the shop was very helpful. Her name was Nic, she listened to my side and then help fix the problem. In my opinion she is a great asset to the Three company. I would just like to say Thank you.
Purchased a new phone with full protection it failed and when I took it back they said I need the paperwork this was a week later I returned two week s later with the paperwork as I work away and was informed I was two late absolute disgrace
