I went into three today to enquire about ear pods. I could see there was a queue and that they were short staffed. I got talking to a gentleman in the queue. I simply asked the gentleman how long he had been waiting. The woman serving, I think she's called Nic who has served me in the past and was very helpful, heard me and decided to take it upon herself to make a point of saying there was no other staff about and that the other guy there was new and was his first day. What really annoyed me was when she said most of the other staff were on their lunch and and that they are 'entitled' to have a lunch break which was uncalled for. I was not complaining, I was just simply asking the other guy how long he had been waiting. I feel very disappointed in Nic after this as she gave me good quality customer service when I upgraded to my new phone in July. I can see it from Nic's perspective of how she thought I was complaining but her response seemed a little condescending.
Went into the store today to enquire about my new phone that I bought from them 4 weeks ago and everything was sorted out in about 10 minutes. Nic was very helpful and showed me how to use the three app . Nic was very patient and very understanding
Great service from Chris and Nic, we popped in on off chance they could help us after appalling service from EE. They transferred Sim and all data incl photos, contacts, whatsapp etc Nothing was too much trouble Excellent customer service
Poor customer service skills...They lost a deal to sell a Samsung S24 Ultra today to my friend because of there staff bad customer service attitude. I was interpreted the deal for my friend who's English is not good and they refused to talk to me saying it the British law which forbids them to talk to a third party? Yeh right!
Well, all i can say, fantastic service here today, Chris the store manager was excellent, He listened to why I was changing my phone, clearly went through everything with me, answered all my questions and gave me all the plans available, was not pushy with anything. Excellent customer service.
Me and my partner have been getting our mobile phones and contracts via this store for several years. The customer service is always excellent. We are not very good with technology and the staff are always really patient with us and they really know their stuff. They have always given us a contract which is fully tailored to our needs. would
Had another excellent customer experience at Three Bury today. My son had his iPhone stolen at the gymn and we were keen to both make it safe and get him back up and running with phone again. We were looked after by the delightful Annika who made everything so simple and straightforward. Very customer centric and no hard up-sell which was a welcome relief. I have just been in to the Three Bury store in Bury, Greater Manchester and have dealt with a member of staff called Chris. I am a support worker and one of our members had lost all of his images of many years from his broken phone. It was an almost impossible task if recovering these images. Chris took the care and time to spend with us and he managed to recover all the lost images. I can't thank him enough for this amazing service and I will always purchase my phones from this store. He went above and beyond what I'm sure he needed to do and I'm truly grateful for his amazing service. Thank you. Mike
I absolutely can't recommend this shop. Me and my relatives also my friends in last couple of years, we have a less or more, bad experience about quality of customer service they provide at this shop. Every my visit there, when I try to resolve something or change my contract is ended with nothing. I received answers from the staff "I cant, I not able, not possible" and other blah, blah, blah..., they are incompetent or unwilling to work. Then I going to other branch, for example, to Three shop in Trafford Centre and there my case is solved without any problem and also in friendly atmosphere. At Three Shop in Bury, the staff there is no friendly and unhelpful, they treated me and other my relatives like intruder. I don't want to say all the staff is bad, but unfortunately all who we meet there, made for us bad experience. Maybe this store has a policy to discourage the customer to this mobile network - I don't understand them. I've already given for this shop a chances a few times, but I've had enough and neither me nor my family and my friends will go there again. I really recommend Tree Shop in Trafford Center because there is always fantastic customer service. It's not worth wasting time and nerves at Tree Shop in Bury.
I have mixed reviews for this store having been in a few times recently. Some times the service has been great with helpful staff who when that bit further to help me out. Other times I have been left waiting for 35 minutes without even an acknowledgment of my existence which was a bit of a joke and has put me off calling in again.
