We're very close to Oxford Circus tube and Carnaby Street, so are the ideal place to take a break from the first class shopping on offer. But apart from London's tourists and day trippers, we're also popular with locals and businesses in the area - all looking for a friendly place to wind down, strike up new friendships and enjoy the craic.

Great atmosphere to watch sports, big TV screens with the sound on. It was really busy so reserving a table is recommended if you want to watch a certain sport. The only downside was that the service was slow because of the amount of people.
Really nice staff and the food and venue! Alot of tv‘s to watch the game and good varieties different kinds of beer but… so the veggie burger was really good but the normal beef burger was waaayyy to dry the rest of the burger was really tasty and the chicken with the salad was mostly just salad to guve it some volume and the salad wasnt even tasty and the worst thing of them all my opinion they brought me a “fresh” glass woth ice for my coca cola but it still had some lipstick left on it see picture and like yes i know it happens abd lipstick stains are hard to get out, but this is such a no go for me. maybe wash glasses on a higher degree idk or check them before serving wich is not easy because the bar was full.
Had Brewdog here with my girlfriend, no good as I can say, cannot believe the standard of that beer from O’neills , please make it better, service very slow

Nice place to go for a drink, also has food. We had burgers, a bit overcooked/slightly charred on some circumstances, but overall the burgers were nice on 4 out of the 7 in ordered. The chips were great and you can tell the oil had been changed recently. Overall the food was acceptable and the place was nice. Kid-friendliness: Children seat was provided. There's also a nappy changing area, just ask for the key in the bar. Be mindful that it's a pub, so not really a kids place, but very accomodating. Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible from street to table to accessible toilet.
Used to be my favourite pub and restaurant. And this could be my last visit. Only one waiting staff during the busy hour and she not really interested to know the customer. Moody faces and not attentive. The manager seems never there, and leaving a very unprofessional waiting staff to sent the food to the table. No more table service. You need to order from the app or in the bar counter. Waited our food for 1 hour and the waiting staff said the kitchen only concentrated on the starter first and because we not order any starter, our table need to wait until they cooked all the starter. Meaning the customer came later then us can have their food quicker because they only order starter. Absolutely disgusting.
Friendly staff, central, great for watching sports. Does get busy as you would expect due to the location. Decent selection of lagers on tap, not so great on ales but overall nice little bar.
We were greeted as we walked through the door by a lovely smiling lady called Victoria and she gave us a very warm welcome. I am a wheelchair user so I always enter expecting a few difficulties getting around. This lady wasn't phased at all and took us to lower seats and told us where the disabled toilet was and offering assistance re seats. The food took a little while but we were told this when we ordered. We enjoyed the meal, guiness was delicious and we will definitely use this pub again. Highly recommend the lovely lady Victoria, so welcoming. Your review site at telluspubfeedback doesn't work Wheelchair accessibility: Very good wheelchair access, definitely recommend.
READ THE BAD REVIEWS! The staff literally mocked me until they made me leave the place. I asked a table for a very rude staff member, and there's a QR code to make the order. He watched my wife and I trying to use it and didn't say a word to us. To complete the order the app requires the table number, which I didn't find in the table, so I asked to another member manager? this simple question: "what's my table number?" She instead of answering the number, or saying the app is not working as stated in other reviews she left her post to come to my table and started to make several "enigma" questions, as I was too dumb to not see the table number, or to not realize ordering via app was not possible. She did it for minutes because I thought she was trying to help and I was answering her, until I realized she wouldn't stop and it was a rude mockery. I think she would do it for ages if I didn't leave the place. Please train your staff because aside "dumb tourist" which just need help, there are also autistic and people with no visible disability, so it'd be nice to not humiliate the customers before you help them.
3 stars as of recently. 6month ago easy 4/5 stars. Been coming here often, for a while, but recently there not enough staff keep it running, specially after 8pm. Got here 10min before football, got my pint 15min into the game. Only corner tills apparently working, so anyone standing by middle till gets ignored. Been really let down, but will still come back, hopefully it’s just a staff shortage issue these last few months
