Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Very honest about what can be mended and whether or not it's cost-effective. We trust Matt and Chloe with all our computing needs.

Matt and Chloe (Matt's apprentice) do a great job, even wiuth hopeless cases like my computer! My computer was behaving oddly to say the least. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not. Matt did everything he could to sort it for me and where many would have given up, he did not. In the end he succeeded and I have my computer functioning perfectly. His charges were very reasonable too. I would use NXS Computer again in a heartbeat. Matt is honest and hardworking, reliable and tenacious. He and Chloe are also nice people. What more could one ask for. Thank you so much!

Those two have, brick by brick, gain my blind trust regarding my computers, internet needs, Website, and advertising advices... They helped us to enter on Google ads and I'm in a hurry to give them the keys of the house, after the awaited quote for a year of consultancy, on THAT particular topic. Because me and my wife came out of the internet jungle, crammed by scam and cons representatives, well dressed up, to finish screwed up in the end. So today, I hardly trust any corporate ********, to drag us by the leach wherever THEY want us to go.... just because my competences are more oriented on my job than on computers protocols.
