Bought a Puma ST from here in January. They didn't have on on site or the website but managed to track one down for me.I had a price in mind they stuck to it and gave me what i asked for my old car.Very frendly and easy to deal with.Even fitted a reverse camera at no extra cost as its what i wanted.Highly recommended and would use again.
I bought a car in January this year and then moved house. so I came to M53 ford in Ellesmere port for my service as it was closer. James, Melanie and Brogan from the service team were very friendly and helpful. While I waiting for my service I was speaking to a couple of the sales team who were very nice and offered me tea and coffee while I waiting. I ended up buying a new focus on a great deal. I dealt with Dave and Morgan and was very impressed with their knowledge of the cars. I was nervous going in at first but was made to feel at home by everyone there. would highly recommend for anyone looking for a vehicle or anyone looking for somewhere to service theirs.
Just bought our 70 plate Fiesta Active T and we were very impressed with the service we had from Jayne Brown who looked after us well and was a pleasure to deal with. She got us an extended warranty to 2024 and free AA breakdown cover with our service contract. Also thanks to Neil and Dave for their after sales service. We've no hesitation in recommending M53 Ford for buying or selling your car.
Excellent staff, all really friendly and helpful. Prompt response whenever I call to make an enquiry, nothing is too much trouble. I will always highly recommend them to anyone. Took my car in for mots a few times and they’ve been great. They didn’t have the car I wanted but if they did I would’ve got my car from them when I was looking, as they have a great team of lovely and helpful staff.
Excellent customer care from Brogan on reception who kept me updated on progress while vehicle was in for a 'health check' and the tech team for the thorough check which revealed the issue with the vehicle and how to prevent recurrence. You are always made to feel welcome by the staff and treated as a valued customer this is a great Ford dealership. Many Thanks.

Harry Gee has gone both and beyond from start to finish! I can't recommend him and his team enough. The customer service was absolutely amazing and I'm so glad I decided to go to ford and thanks to Harry I now have my dream car
Just bought a car from Jamie at M53 Ford. Fantastic car, a Fiesta EcoSport. Really happy with the car and the service we received. Mum was selling my late Dad's car, which she found upsetting. Jamie told her lots of jokes and funny stories and it kept Mum's mind off what she was doing. Thank you Jamie. We got a good deal on my Dad's car and won't hesitate to return for the new car's service and MOT.
Just bought a used car from M53 Ford and I'm a very happy customer. Don't normally leave reviews but the service was faultless. Friendly, helpful, respectful staff all round with no pressure. With particular thanks to Harry Gee for guiding us through the process and getting us a great deal on a beautiful focus. Would definitely use this place again.
