Lovely staff staff team. Salon located in historic building in centre of Lichfield. Great to have professional hair salon and a wide range of other beauty treatments in one place. Service is very professional and a wide range of treatments offer convenience to customers.

Managed to get a last minute appointment for shellac nails and am so pleased with them. Service was friendly and professional and my nails look immaculate! Very good first impression xx

Absolutely first class treatment from the moment we walked in to the final sec we left as always. My daughter had 3 friends for a girlie pamper morning with lunch for her birthday and the staff were extremely helpful as always. They couldnt have done any more for us. As always highly recommend Sophie and her team as they are professional friendly and brilliant x

i have to say having worked in customer services, this is one of the more unprofessional atmospheres i’ve experienced. when you walk in, every time i have entered i have immediately been greeted by three or more staff members surrounding the reception having their own chat. i do not get recognition straight away and it is only when i approach the desk. i find this very uncomfortable. i often hear them having their own conversations and i just feel that it isn’t a relaxing atmosphere. i have to admit, i haven’t had a bad experience as such as all the treatments have been okay but i never feel relaxed or pampered. i would like to feel like i am a valued customer and see some more professionalism in place.

Loved having my hair done by Ryan on Friday! We had a laugh and he really cheered me up whilst I was having a break from moving house in the snow!! Ryan was so professional and really took the time to make sure that everything was right! He understood exactly what I wanted and I felt great when I left NUYU as always! Thank.you so so much! X
