What a wonderful place to get your hair cut, I took my daughter who very much struggles in social situations, but she was so happy to chat a little and very happy with her cut, style and straighten. What a lovely owner who has the most amazing patience
Had a fantastic bridal make up trial at the salon and I was really pleased with the look. However on my wedding day they sent different make up artists who were unable to recreate the look. What is the point of paying for a trial if they cannot recreate it?? This left me really disappointed. Further more, they sent an intern who did the make up of the mother of the bride. The intern aged my mother by about 20 years - putting on foundation several shades too pale and not blending it in around the eyes and mouth at all! Consequently I had to help my mum wash her make up off and redo it myself - something that is not too relaxing for a bride on her wedding day! The salon owner offered a refund a couple of times but this never materialised. Overall I regret picking this salon for my bridal makeup. It added unnecessary stress and was very disappointing. However, hair by Molly was very good.
