Had a nice colour although grey at sides missed . Lovely cut and blow dry by Meghan, but shocked when came to pay which was " double" what I had been quoted. When first querying my bill it turned out the lady on the desk had overcharged me by £20, which she then took off without any apology which then bought my bill down from £136 to £116. When I went into book 2 weeks earlier I was told it would be £65 the lady said that was for a all over colour and I had foils, I did not know what the difference was. and no one mentioned this would cost double!!!. I felt positively sick having to pay what I could not afford,the lady simply said she would make a note of this.which was of no help to me I would not have minded so much had she been pleasant
