Harriet nailed it from beginning to end, showing off some seriously impressive skills for an amazing hair transformation. I've been going to Ria for about a year now and this is the first time I've stuck with a hairstylist for this long. Ria is absolutely wonderful - she's caring and attentive and has made such a difference to my hair. She's so knowledgeable and my hair is in the best condition it's been in for years.

I’ve been going to Francesco Lichfield for 10+ years and Lauren has been my hairdresser for the last 6 years. She is warm, welcoming and friendly not to mention a great hairdresser. She knows her stuff provides advice where needed and I’m always happy with my hair cut and style when I leave. I’ve also had my hair coloured by Harriet for the last few years and she has always been wonderful. I’ve always liked to have a variety of colours and Harriet has made it happen every time. She puts lots of effort in to researching what works and how she can achieve the best outcome. Her normal colour work is great but her vibrant colour work is next level. The whole Francesco Lichfield team are fabulous, they work well together to deliver a brilliant service.
