Lovely rooms, great location, very friendly owners, the bed in room 1 wasnt very comfortable, very noisy when turning over waking me and my little girl up. There was a light shining in through the 1 window all night also disturbing the baby, there was also no bedding for the cot, i had to use the quilt from the single bed which can be dangerous with young babies. There was also no mirror near a socket, i found it difficult to dry my hair and style it. Even with these issues id still come again. Its a walk away from shops, pubs and restaurants. A zoo and aquarium not far away also. The breakfast was fantastic, filled us up for the day with great selection

Sophie and Luke were very welcoming, and the facilities were lovely. Comfortable beds, and a very clean room and bathroom. The lack of plug sockets in the room was a minor inconvenience, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. They were very accommodating to my requirements of an early breakfast and very flexible about changing the booking. I would consider staying again if I'm ever in the area

Very welcoming. A very clean and warm B&B. Only thing I would recommend to improve is include complementary toiletries in the on suite bathroom.

Stay in a little twin room for very quick over night stop. The host were very pleasant and accomodating. The room was nice with all the amenities you would expect. Seperate bathroom but it wasn't shared. All in all a good night's sleep.

Very nice little B&B conveniently placed for exploring the Lake District. Sophie and Luke were fantastic hosts and have a wide knowledge of the area. Bedroom and breakfast - spot on.
