Top class customer service!nVery helpful, polite & professional staff members in reception. Great swimming pool, sauna & steam-room.nnMany lockers and a good size changing room.nBoxing area upstairs is a bonus!nOn Sunday, saw staff were busy with cleaning operation. I think hygiene standards are very high in this club.nnAlso saw, swimming guards checking sauna temperature every now and then.nnFelt welcome to the club for a trial pass! Only given 4 starts as I think there should be more WC inside the changing room. Swimming lanes were not wide enough.nAnd membership can be a little expensive but, you pay what you get.
I’ve just joined Nuffield Health in Leicester, and from the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how welcoming and professional the team is. Nothing was too much trouble for them!nnBig shoutout to Sarah at the front desk – she’s amazing! She took me on a full tour and explained everything in detail, all with a smile. She’s super friendly, helpful, and knows exactly how to give top-notch customer service.nnI’ve been a member at a few other gyms in Leicester, but honestly, the experience here is next level. So far, I’m really impressed, and Sarah definitely deserves some recognition for the great job she’s doing!
One the worst gym, I ever visited, all the gym equipments are dirty and non maintained, changing rooms and showers very low level of Hygiene.nAnd if you forget to enter your car registration, will get fine. Even if you are member.nPlease do not join this please on yearly contract you will regret. If you want to join try monthly rolling plan.

Great swimming pool, & steam-room. gym are the best people very friendly in there smiling face all off them nice i love it I was have a very bad depression past 3 months I've been gym they helped me a lot thanks to Nuffield Health leicester Fitness
Great customer service and gym facilities!nSarah is a staff member who was great in welcoming me as a new member by providing a comprehensive tour and answering all my questions about the gym’s services. Cory is also a great and friendly PT and provided me a 6-week training program based on my goals. Hoping to pick up some additional PT sessions in the near future.
