Really enjoyed visiting Rob, he has helped me to work on my posture and relieve some pain that I was experiencing in my back. After a handful of sessions, I can already notice the difference. Very knowledgeable and good at communicating, I would recommend him to others.
Rob is an expert in his field, he really goes the extra mile to give his patients the best possible treatment available. Not only does he think outside the box, he also puts maximum effort into his treatment methods, I had every confidence in Rob’s ability and he did not once let me down. I woke up one morning and could barely walk because of my lower back, at which point I decided to visit a Chiropractor, I had 3 sessions with the Chiropractor and didn’t feel that the treatment was helping, and the methods being used were too intense for the injury I had suffered. I found Rob after reading a few positive reviews and gave him a call, this was the best decision I had made in terms of identifying somebody who could help me. After my first session I could tell that Rob was a genuine guy who had a passion for the work that he did. Over the duration of a few months Rob had really helped me get back to normality, this really meant a lot to me, especially as I am normally a very active person. It can be difficult to locate someone that you feel confident in when you’re recovering from an injury, but Rob will guide you in the right direction if you follow his advice. I highly recommend Rob.
I went to see Rob after dealing with hip pain which occurred after lifting in the gym. Within two sessions my hip pain was no longer present, and I was able to lift again without no pain. On my third session, Rob examined my lifting form and was able to find flaws within my posture which was quickly fixed within the session. Prior to being discharged, Rob gave me a lot of knowledge on stuff that I can do within and outside the gym to improve my overall mobility and performance. Few weeks after post-discharge, I am back squatting and deadlifting in the gym feeling much stronger and healthy than before, but more importantly, pain free! I found Rob to be very insightful and caring, and would highly recommend in using his service. Kind regards, Kamal
Went to see Rob after a few months of house extension stress and DIY had gotten the better of me and after a few sessions he managed to break my muscles back into submission. It was exactly what I needed, no nonsense, sports-style massage, with some good tips on how to help myself further. Highly recommended!
Thoroughly recommended. Rob has the sports pedigree to back up physical treatment with professional knowledge and practical guidance. He provided the treatment I needed after suffering a severe ankle injury and of equally importance perhaps, helped me ask the right questions when subsequently dealing with my doctors and consultants.
