Great gym, friendly staff & you’ll be hard pushed to find better kit. Gym is always clean & has a great atmosphere. Always train here when I’m back in the midlands. Definitely worth a visit.
Whether you're experienced in Powerlifting or a complete novice, this is honestly the place to be in Nottingham! 8 combo racks, calibrated plates, bars and plenty of bodybuilding equipment. For the membership price and it not just being access to top class equipment but a top class community, it is worth it!
Best powerlifting Gym in the country. Has all the equipment you’d need alongside Bodybuilding equipment as well. Great atmosphere and amazing people at a good price.

Fantastic gym, great atmosphere and top of the range equipment! Spoilt for choice on the kit available, definitely worth checking out, you won’t be disappointed. Train alone and in need of a spot? Any gym or staff member would be more than happy to be at hand.
Best gym I've been to. No-nonsense, equipment is clean, plates are organised . Proper kit if you just want to lift some weights.

I'm a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and decided to try out powerlifting in order to supplement my conditioning in Jiu Jitsu. I decided if I want to do things right, I need to register at a proper powerlifting gym. I was welcomed the first day with open arms. I move around a lot and can honestly say this is the best gym I've been to. Everyone is kind, welcoming and willing to help. Nottingham Strong 1.0 had everything you need but Nottingham Strong 2.0 is on another level entirely equipment wise. Everyone is unique and different in their own way yet they all have one goal in common: become strong as hell. It's very difficult to have a light work out at Nottingham Strong because you're surrounded by motivation. No one judges you if you lift an empty bar or if you lift a truck. If you want to do just regular bodybuilding then there's an entire section just for that so you've got two gyms in one. The price may be double that of commercial gyms but you get double or triple the results so it's worth the investment. Would definitely recommend.
Stellar equipment, music, community and atmosphere. Couldn’t find something to complain about if you tried. A must place to train for any strength athletes in the area.
Hands down best equipment for powerlifting/bodybuilding I’ve seen in any gym. Along side an amazing community of people, staff and gym goer a-like.
