This gym is the most friendly gyms in the world, the guys and girls do anything to help you pointing out top and hints if you require or smash you head phones on and away you go. The kit is good proper good kit, the members are all awesome talkative helpful but not intrusive! Will be back once a month. And if was closer to me would join without hesitation cheers guys! The 'big' D 🏋️‍♀️

Been training here for the best part of 6 months as massively fed up of training at DRSV at the university! Awesome facilities, more compeition spec equipment than can possibly get used meaning never needing to wait for a power bar or some compl plates if you want them! Oh and free coffee, whaty more do you want?

Had a pt session with James last week to help me with my deadlift form and got some programming sorted, looking forward to big PR come november!

Great gym, loads of kit and NO egos! Personal trainers who understand your goals but give you the tools to train alone too. Both me and a couple of friends have seen Tim there for injury/ operation rehab with some great results. They also do a great "strongman" sessions on Sunday mornings for a fiver!

A rare gem in a world dominated by commercial soulless cashcow gyms. Here you will find the friendliest staff, the highest quality equipment by world standards, and members who work hard and support each other's development. You can't put a price on this kind of environment, and the price they have decided on is very reasonable and worth every single penny. There are only a handful of gyms in the country that are as well stocked and knowledgeable as RWL, Nottingham is very lucky to have one. 

Welcoming to both men and women, and catering for all diciplines from Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, strength and conditioning to classic bodybuilding...this gym has all the equipment you will ever need whatever your sport. Their zero tolerance anti drug policies ensure a fair and competitive environment that anyone with the willpower and passion can succeed in...and maybe even win international medals! (They also have a good cardio area, shower and therapy room) 

I visited from London on a 1 day pass, and I will certainly be coming back as often as I can. Full five star recommendation, what are you waiting for?!

I started getting PT with Derran 15 months ago with the aim of getting stronger and with no real expectations.  WOW!  I wonder now what I've been doing all my life before then. 

I've been having regular pt sessions ever since then and I can hand on heart say that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.... have you seen my guns now?! 

These trainers aren't some 'phoney ,selfie- taking (ok, they might take selfies) pretend to know what they are talking about, grunting and shouting army majors. They are really great and down to earth people with a real genuine passion for what they do and the environment they want to create. 

I can't recommend this place and these trainers highly enough. If proof was needed about the type of gym  this is, my 15 year old daughter is now also training here and loves it!
