Training at M10 offers a professional environment for anyone, regardless of gender or age who is really serious about their well being & conditioning. The gym promotes an educated and focused approach which guards against issues normally witnessed in other gym's where people don't put away weights, stand around and chat or sit on machines on their phones. I have trained at M10 for 9 months with two PT sessions a week and the results, even at 50 have made it all worth while. If you choose to try it out, and you are serious about your training you will fast see why M10 has gained the recognition it truly deserves.

I've been using M10 for nearly six months now and am very happy with it and the advice/expertise I've been able to use. Would happily recommend it to others. Everyone is very friendly and happy to chat, gyms can be intimidating when you first walk in but once you been there once and met a couple of people you'll feel right at home. :)

If your serious about training, then you have to come to M10. I still find it crazy that people spend so much on gym memberships, diets, supplements let alone hundreds of hours of their time a year but won't dream of paying for a PT. They have a fantastic team of trainers, led by an inspiring business owner. Add to that a very highly equipped gym, your going to make huge progress no matter what. I have been training for a few years before I came to M10 and still have completely changed my outlook on training since being here. From younger to older members, M10 is a family who train hard.

The very best in physique transformation, So much knowledge from all the coaches and the level of client service is above and beyond. I have done nearly every course M10 have put on and not only taken my own physique to the next level but my knowledge too. If you ever get the opportunity please make sure to work with these guys, you wont regret it. John

Best investment I have made in my own wellbeing and in furthering my own education and experiences as a personal trainer. James coaches me to the highest standard and can tackle any problems I throw at him - injuries, lack of sleep, etc. I would recommend James as a coach, but the other trainers always seem intent on purpose with their clients too, so they would all be a great choice. The space itself is great and will cover whatever your goal is as long as you want it enough. Worth your time and your money!
