I can't recommend CFN highly enough. I have tried a variety of gyms and activities over the years and I have never come across a group of coaches who are as knowledgeable and approachable as the coaches here. They really do know their stuff and a lot of the time it feels more like having a personal trainer. There is a great atmosphere during the work outs and you can do so much more than you thought when everyone around you is trying so hard. Everything can be scaled for your ability, when I started I couldn't do a press up and I had never lifted a barbell. Even people have been going for years are still improving and hitting new goals and it is really inspirational to see the incredible things that people who put the time and effort in can do. The taster sessions on a Wednesday are really fun and friendly so if you're thinking about giving it a go you should definitely do it! 😊

Huge space and good coaching. Not a member but have dropped in various times and always had a good welcome.

The place is wonderful! Old fashion, all time classic hardcore weights, no machines, just iron and sweat. People friendly and feels like a big family and you always feel welcome.

Been going to CF Nottingham for aprox 18 months now. The box is awesome with all the equipment you need. Coaches are very good and always willing to help. They run a lot of classes during the day such as CrossHIIT, Barbell Club etc. CFN has an amazing community too, something you cannot always find and it is quite important. Definitely recommend this place to everybody.
