Just registered and went to my first appointment. I’m very nervous of the dentist and the dentist was amazing. Counted down every time she did something so I knew when it would be over and she told me everything she was doing. Made me feel so comfortable. Receptionist and the dentists assistant was also lovely. Definitely recommend!
Had a very bizarre experience at this practice. I called up to register as an NHS patient, got booked in, got asked to pay the NHS fee for examination at the reception before even being seen, then been told right as I sat in the dentist chair that they changed my appointment from NHS to a private one. Why waste people's time with being dishonest, just incredibly unprofessional.
I am an extremely autistic lady with touch sensitivity and a massive gag reflex. I have major issues with things being in my mouth. I also have a huge fear of the dentist in general. Having had terrible experiences with dentists in the past I was a nervous wreak going to see the dentist. I cannot say anything bad about the lady dentist here. She was understanding, she talked me through everything she was doing. She was non judgemental at the horrendous state of my teeth due to medical issues she's made a plan to have my teeth removed at a pace that will suit me and not stress me out too much. I left the dentist calm which believe me has never happened before.
As I breathing problem I breath through mouth no many people understand this problem but I find Nimisha understand without tell her she made me very comfortable and she was very nice her hand is very gentle and I could feel she doing the job very well , i would recommend her to everyone I had very very good experience x
So happy with the service I recieved today. The lady has made my absolute day. She did an amazing job and I’ve finally got my smile back.
Do not go to this dentist !!!!! Since the dentist surgery was brought out- they refuse to do scale and polish. They don’t look after your teeth just money grab! These are the type of dentists you need to get rid of
Just had an appointment with Namisha and Amanda to replace a broken filling I was very impressed both their professionalism and attitude. Very friendly explained everything that was involved. My go to dentist in the future. Thank you Namisha and Amanda.
I would like to thank the team at oral health I went back there after a very very bad experience with another dentist. They arrange to see me as I was still on there books but I had a abscess erupt and I was in agony. They got me in and even though I was on agony I didn't have any pain with the X-ray . The dentist was brilliant I can't thank them enough .
It so welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful and also the added bonus are the Ladies Nimisha & Amanda upstairs. So professional and friendly in my opinion. Overall I highly recommend this Dentist
My first visit since Lisa left Been going here 12+ years and haven’t been in over two years because of her leaving , wasn’t impressed no lights on and no staff to greet you when coming in, place looked run down and reception staff aren’t as attentive, rushed in and out for a check up within 5 mins without any x-rays done Same happened to the patient who was in front of me Won’t be going again, Lisa restored my faith in going to the dentist, this visit reminded me why at the end of the day nothing remains the same in life and everything changes. Wishing the new establishment the best and hope they can make the necessary changes to get it back to how it used to be For their existing and future patients.
