I’ve been to the practice today to have one of my old fillings from the mid 90’s replaced. Rocky and May apologies if thats not spelled correctly were fantastic, they really make you feel comfortable are really pleasant and polite. Jane on the front desk was also a really big help explaining the process of treatment plans etc and got me all setup with my future visits.
Not a very good customer service experience with this place. First we made an appointment for our child. Then several days later it was automatically canceled without a phone call. Then we called and they said they probably are not taking children, but they will get back to us. Then they never got back to us. We ended up at Wollaton Dental and are very happy.
Had to go in for an extraction. Got an appointment within 3 days. I am a very nervous patient but Vanessa was brilliant. Explaining that it would take longer than normal as the tooth would crumble. I would definitely recommend Chilwell DP for all your dental needs and particularly Vanessa if you are nervous. Thank you Vanessa, see you in January for my check up.
It was the best experience that going to the Dentist and having a tooth extraction can be. Vanessa and Lucy I hope I got names correctly, many apologies if not were the kindest, most patient and capable Dental practitioners anyone could wish to have treating their teeth. They were off the scale brilliant and I can't express enough gratitude. Moreover, all of the staff I met at the practice were so lovely and understanding. I am so grateful, thankyou so so so much. I couldn't recommend this practice more highly. 5 stars is not high enough.
Marvellous clinic and very helpful, having walked in with no appointment and not actually registered with them, they sorted me out within the hour. My problem was an abscess that wasn't going to go away without antibiotics. Would highly recommend and I will be going back as a registered client.
Lovely friendly reception staff. Really considerate of my fear of dental treatment, making reasonable adjustments. Vanessa is the nicest dentist I have ever met. She talked me through everything, explained all the results to me in detail and eased all my fears. I couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Chilwell Dental Practice.
I always see Dr Ash and am always really happy with his attentiveness and reassurance. Everything is fully explained as he works and I feel that he is particularly thorough. I would highly recommend this practice.
Saw me with in a day, very friendly and helpful. The dentist felt like he actually cared about you and his work, and explained very well the situation at hand. There was no rush in rush out, give us your money feeling.

I done the treatment of Invisalign and composite bonding here. I am so pleased with my decision of going ahead with this treatment with Vanessa. After years of being so self conscious of my smile and not showing my teeth in pictures I finally did it and I am so pleased with the result! Vanessa was very informative and supported me throughout the whole treatment . I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Vanessa for being so caring. Top dentist!!
