So far our experience with Northwood has been faultless. Abbie, the agent dealing with our move has been responsive and accommodating. All documentation has been sent in plenty of time and we have had no reason for complaint. From our experience so far I would have no qualms about recommending Northwood to any of my friends and family as a letting agent.

I would give 0 stars. We also had unauthorised entry to our property, and overcharging of our last rent of which they tried to charge us to give the money back! We had to have a 'light clean' expense taken out of our deposit on moving out, one week later they tried claiming other expenses AFTER the pictures were sent proving only a light clean was necessary. 3 weeks later and no sign of deposit Will never use again Tenants avoid at all costs.

For many years I have been playing with the idea of renting out my property, I had concerns and I had worries. What if I couldn't get a tenant? What if the property was vacant for a long period of time? I went to Northwood in Chester after seeing some advertising I had seen around town, I called up, explained my situation and I was invited in to discuss what service they could provide based on my circumstances. I have to say what a pleasant experience it was, Northwood should pride themselves on the staff they hire. I was greeted with a smile and an open mind. They listened, they didn't have a heavy sales pitch ready and waiting and provided a tailor made plan which fit inline with my needs. All my questions were answered in a way I understood and the unique selling point for me is there guaranteed rent scheme. Overall, very very happy with the service I have received from Northwood, credit to all of the staff! Keep up the good work! 5 Stars!

I've used Northwood for years now. Their service is much better than Jim's golf. Really nice team and cant fault guaranteed rent. 5 stars
