Phoenix Rentals have managed my property for 5 years. Over the last year they upscaled which led to a few minor teething problems. This transition is now over and the results are hugely positive. The current team at PR provide the support I need as a 'hands off', remote landlord. In recent months, they have proven themselves highly efficient and have pro-actively brought my property up to the latest regulatory standards demanded by local authorities. The whole team deserves credit, especially Daniel who has been the key to improving communication. I have given them 5 stars for their renewed enthusiasm & energy over the last 6 months.
Very poor customer service. I have recently had my Letting Agency changed to Phoenix Rentals and their behavior had been far from professional. I had been asking Phoenix Rentals to have my contract updated as the terms of the contract had changed. The Director personally emailed me twice and assured it would be done but both times had gone back on their word and told me to consult a solicitor.
I deal with Pheonix rentals on a daily basis, my contact is mostly with Daniel, who heads up the maintenance for the Wirral. As a contractor I can firmly say that they go the extra mile to keep there properties in check and would recommend Phoenix to tenants and landlords.
Phoenix rentals has been a great agency to let with from start to finish of the tenancy, I'd definitely recommend them.
I would highly recommend phoenix rentals to anyone Very nice and easy to communicate with especially Daniel the maintenance manager thank you so much for been so professional ,helpful and polite .
Daniel is really good at letting you know what’s happening with the maintenance side of things and chasing jobs up when needed
They will scam you with your deposit by saying property is dirty when I got the house dirty and had to clean myself.
Poor letting agency poor dealing with tennants. Never use these again. Very unprofessional in many ways.
