EDITED below to add reply as no reply function available. Disgraceful company leaving a vulnerable adult with no water or heating in a mouldy house. Terrible customer services absolutely no empathy or effort to resolve issue. Steer clear. EDITED to add The issue with the boiler has been known about for 12 months never mind 48 hours. This is what happens when a very old boiler is left to rot and not properly serviced because parts are no longer available. All very avoidable and bordering on negligence. 1 heater was dropped off 12 hours after the problem was reported at 9pm after repeated phone calls. By then it was the equivalent of putting a candle in a industrial fridge and cost £14 to run for half a day. I understand that you are just an agency and not the actual landlord but maybe you should keep an eye on the type of owner you have on your books. From the outside looking in it looks a lot like a slum landlord who doesn't care one bit about their tenants living conditions and only about how much money they can squeeze out from their investment by scrimping on important things like boiler care. Also maybe keep the properties you look after closer to where you are actually based as then you would be in a better position to offer support when problems arise.
Myself and my partner stayed in a rental for 1.5 years and had a great experience. We dealt with Matt a lot for the duration of our stay and for the end of our tenancy, he's always been a great help, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks, Matt!
So... If you're selling your ex rental on Riveracre Road with these people you used to rent it out with then good luck. We arrived 4 mins late for our 2pm appointment. To be greeted by a rude agent! Who said I was about to go... 4 mins late! Really.... we really put him out by turning up! He had places to go, the question is how long do they allow for viewings, if he was leaving after 4 mins! I'd move agents and get some professionals in to sell your property! What I will add in response to the below. Is that he wasn't in his car, I watched him lock the front door and get into his car....he saw us enter the street and said you here for me! He was very put out. SLA to your client I'd say is very poor. Appointment wasn't confirmed. I rang your office 20 mins prior to confirm my attendance as I'd not heard back. And no one has called me to actually ask what I thought of the property!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!Unprofessional and rude. Enforce unreasonable demands citing the tenancy agreement, often times this is open to interpretation. They ignore professional advice sought from solicitors opting instead to threaten and belittle the customer.
I have used ABC Property for over ten years and the service provided by Sue and all her staff is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile to help where they can. Very professional, competent and extremely friendly staff who always respond quickly and get things done. I can't recommend ABC highly enough and am endebted to Sue for her amazing service over the years. Thanks guys, you're all fab!
Tried to apply to rent a house a few weeks ago and the process was so complicated, and the staff so unhelpful we gave up. Karen is the most unhelpful, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. We had problems filling the extensive forms in online, and rather than her taking the information over the phone, which she easily could have, she insisted on ringing my niece who has learning difficulties and bullying her into doing the form again. She questioned why we couldn't do it on a laptop or an ipad but not everybody has access to these things. The fact that she presumes this is very rude and unprofessional on her part. Not everybody is computer savvy, and the form is very long and sometimes won't send after you've filled it all in. I dreadto think how she deals with elderly people. This was all before we had even been accepted by the landlord, other companies put your offer to the landlord before they ask you fo fill forms out and are much more professional and helpful. This would save a lot of time doing it this way. Overall Karen's attitude is terrible. She makes everything 10 times more complicated than it needs to be and tries to speak to you like your an idiot even though she clearly isn't doing her job properly. I am glad to say we found another property through another company who were so professional and helpful. I would never deal with this company again, they're appalling!
Amazing how the reviews for ABC are either 5 star or 1 star!! Suspicious to me that!!!! Could this be real tenants giving real reviews or is it the landlords? Also I think the 4.1.17 gagging order against tenants complaing on social media for 3 years is a nice touch great contract manager can I have his phone number.
