As a landlord I have used swetenhams twice to let my city centre apartment and must say Greg and Katie work really hard and are very focused on providing great customer service by keeping me up dated wth viewing, leads and converting into a let very swiftly and professionally. Thanks for all your hard work over the last few weeks from one let finishing and a new one starting as well as turning a deep clean around in a few hours ready for new tenants to move in, you should be really proud of your hard work and dedication as your efforts have made my life so much easier.

Fantastic lettings team. They found me the perfect tenant quickly and kept me up to date on the process all the way through. Highly recommend.

The broker Jon was great but the rest of the staff are incompetent, slow and lack communication with each other which nearly lost us the house we were buying through them. They also lost track of the keys which cost us call out charges from workers we had booked in, Swetenhams refused to compensate us for these charges. Expect terrible service.
