Hello, I want to praise the team at Northumberland cottages for dealing with a situation in which I found myself after having to cancel a holiday booking because of serious illness to two of our company. The team dealt with my enquiry with absolute professionalism, but not only that, they were extremely sympathetic in handling it too which helped me a great deal as I was the one at this end with it all to do. Though my friends and myself are very disappointed not to be taking up our holiday accommodation, we hope to be able to book again as soon as possible and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
